DR-1 Fixed Bed Up Flow Regenerate Softener Valve
Meter, time clock dual mode. In flow mode, the internal flow transmitter realizes the function of setting water volume as required. After setting regeneration water volume and cleaning water volume of exchange tank, the period of softening water amount (ton) according to the hardness of the raw water, each station decreases to “0” according to the set value, and stops decreasing and maintains when the water is out of service or no water.

The panel, appearance, and all geometric parameters and parts of the DR-1 series floating bed softening valves are the same as those of the corresponding GR-1 valves. However, the flow direction of water is changed through the lower valve body to achieve the process flow of the floating bed. The floating bed has good water quality, is suitable for high raw water hardness, and is equipped with an exchange tank that is thin and tall. The operating flow rate is between 30-60 meters per hour, but the resin loading rate must be above 90%. It requires stable working pressure, and is not suitable for frequently starting or water usage that varies frequently.
