ZR4-1 water softening valve
ZR4-1 dual-tank floating bed control valve is an improved version of the ZR4 control valve. It has external inlet flow meters and outlet flow meters, and all station parameters are set by flow. The appearance has been improved. If the equipment is regenerating or cleaning, the water outlet is closed and the regeneration continues until the control valve is turned to the “softening” station for use. The dual-tank floating bed alternately regenerates and produces water at the same time. The water quality is stable and the pressure is constant, which is suitable for high-hardness water softening, such as steam boilers, heating engineering, and production process water.
ZR10 water softening valve
ZR10 dual-tank floating bed control valve is an enlarged version of the ZR4-1 control valve, with top-mounted ZR10 and side-mounted ZR10S. It has external inlet and outlet flowmeters, and all station parameters are set by flow. The dual-tank floating bed process produces water alternately and simultaneously. The water quality is stable and the pressure is constant, which is suitable for high-hardness water softening, such as steam boilers, heating engineering, and production process water.
